General Questions About Corner Fringe

Do I need to bring a Bible to church?
Many people bring their Bibles as well as a notebook to take notes during the service. 
Is childcare provided during the service?
We have the Jot and Tittle Nursery for newborns through 2 years old beginning at 10:30 AM. We also have an active Children’s Ministry for children ages 3-12.  If you choose to keep your children with you in the sanctuary, there is a cry room available for nursing moms and moms of little ones that may get fussy.
Are the worship services available online?
Live stream service begins at approximately 11:00 AM CT each Shabbat (Saturday).  The "Watch Live" link is available on our home page.

Services are also recorded and the worship music and teaching are available in our Media Library.
Are there opportunities to fellowship after the service?
Every week we enjoy lunch together during Oneg. Each person/family brings a picnic-style lunch. If the weather is nice, some decide to sit outside on the lawn.

Visitors are welcome to join leadership in the Welcome Center to ask questions and get to know us better. Snacks are provided or you may bring your own picnic lunch.

We also offer a variety of classes following lunch.

Is Corner Fringe connected to an overseeing denomination?
No, we are a non-denominational, Bible-believing community desiring to live with conviction and passion for the Word of God, and loving God and all people. 
Does Corner Fringe have a formal membership procedure?
Membership at Corner Fringe is informal and simple. It’s through faith in Yeshua, observance of His Torah, participation in our community and following the Biblical mandate to be faithful servants that together we become the body of Messiah and further His desires. 
Do you observe the biblical dietary laws?
We believe the Bible is clear as to what God defines in Leviticus as food for humans.  We encourage you to read through Biblically Clean Foods as well as watch "Peter's Vision."
What kind of apparel is acceptable at Corner Fringe?
Being a part of God’s kingdom, we have an obligation to honor the Lord and one another by how we dress and to not be a stumbling block for our fellow sisters and brothers in Yeshua. Here are our basic ​​​​​Apparel Guidelines​ to keep the atmosphere at Corner Fringe conducive to holiness as we gather to worship the Lord together.

What is the "Battle Cry"?
You may hear the "Battle Cry" at the end of some sermons. It's a reading of Exodus 34:6-7, Psalm 25:16-22, and Matthew 6:9-13.
What is the Shema that you recite at the beginning of service?
The Shema comes from Deuteronomy 6:4 and includes the ten commandments as found in Deuteronomy 6:5-9.
What are the Hebrew words I often hear during service?
